Stayer Management Consulting AS consists of a small group of highly experienced people, all former partners of a major consulting firm and with more than 30 years of experience from management consulting as well as various management positions.

Some of our core capabilities are primarily related to results improvement, turn-around, operational effectiveness and the like. Although business strategy naturally is a corner stone in all types of business, experience has shown that competitive edge is predominantly driven by how the business is conducted.

Based on analyses of the present situation and assessment of future opportunities we assist our
